REGISTRATION:
Advance registration of the groups and individual participants to the march is available from 20 April until 14 May 2017 (registration with the march memorabilia medal – until 5 May 2016) by email: info@pza.lt

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:
– Forename, surname
– Date of birth
– Phone No.
– Selected distance (20 km. (27 May), 30 km. (27 May), 100 km. (25/26 May), 100 km. (27/28 May), 200 km. (25/28 May). If 20 km or 30 km distances are chosen, please indicate if with the march memorabilia medal or not.

GROUP REGISTRATION:
– Names of the group and the march
– Forenames, surnames, dates of birth of the group members to be entered in a Word table (in case of a group of soldiers, military ranks need to be entered)
– Mark the head of the group
– Phone No. of the head of the group
– Selected distance (20 km. (27 May), 30 km. (27 May), 100 km. (25/26 May), 100 km. (27/28 May), 200 km. (25/28 May). If 20 km or 30 km distances are chosen, please indicate if with the march memorabilia medal or not.
Note: During the final registration, the heads of the groups are requested to present the printed final list of the group members.

PARTICIPANT’S START FEE, DISTANCE, AWARD:

€ 7- 20 km. and 30 km. march certificate (participants must be over 16 year old, if younger, they must be accompanied by their parents, carers, heads of groups).

€ 20- 20 km. and 30 km. with march memorabilia medal, march certificate (participants must be over 16 year old, if younger, they must be accompanied by their parents, carers, heads of groups).
€ 27- 100 km. with march memorabilia medal, march certificate (participants must be over 16 year old, if younger, they must be accompanied by their parents, carers, heads of groups).
€ 37- 200 km. with march memorabilia medal and Knight’s helmet, march certificate (participants must be over 16 year old, if younger, they must be accompanied by their parents, carers, heads of groups).

€ 2 – for children under 16 year old, participation only in 20 km and 30 km is permitted. (young participants must be accompanied by their parents, carers, heads of groups), march certificate.
+ € 2 – additional late participant’s fee, if registration is completed after the above-mentioned registration dates, and upon arrival to the march. This rule applies to all march participants.

 

CATERING OF THE MARCH PARTICIPANTS:

  • Transfer in case of dropping the march (from the control points)
  • Water refilling at the control posts
  • Catering (lunch, dinner)
  • Transfer of belongings (for the participants of 100 km and 200 km distances)
  • Accommodation at the sports hall (200 km. distance participants)PAYMENT:
    1) Start fee can be paid on site, upon arrival to the event, in cash, during the final registration; or
    2) by bank transfer (NOTE: paid start fee is not refunded if not attending the event). Bank details for payment:

    Payment purpose eXtreme 2×100 km, march participant’s fee, indicate Forename and Surname, if money is transferred for several persons, Forenames and Surnames of all persons must be indicated. If you transfer payment for the other person, please indicate Forename and Surname of the person, for whom payment was made. Upon request, receipts can be issued to legal or natural persons during the final registration on the day of the event.CONTROL:
    Control points on the march route will be marked ‘CONTROL’.REQUIREMENTS FOR MARCH PARTICIPANTS:
    March participants must make themselves familiar with the march rules and observe them during the registration and the march;
    • March participants are advised to have medical check-up done before the march. March organisers do not assume responsibility for participants’ personal belongings, health;
    • 100 km. and 200 km. distance participants are advised to have their own logistics for better comfort (extra food, personal hygiene and medical products, sleeping bags, mats);
    • Participants’ catering cars are not allowed to use the march route. From one control point to the next control point, logistics are moving on the main roads;
    • During the event, every participant must have safety reflectors, torches and safety vests, personal identity documents;
    • When walking on the roads, participants must observe traffic safety rules, pedestrians’ duties;
    • In case of withdrawal from the march, the participant must inform the head of the group or organisational committee of the march;
    • In case of injury or felling unwell, the participants must contact the doctors;
    • Soldiers are requested to wear neat military uniform according to the uniform wear rules. Civilians must wear neat leisure apparel.
    • During the march, the march organisers reserve the right to establish different requirements for the participants, which they must to observe during the march.

 

 

PROHIBITIONS:
During the march, it is prohibited:
• To use any means of transport or to run;
• To spread political propaganda;
• To breach public order;
• To breach/disregard the road safety rules, pedestrians’ duty;
• To litter on the march route, at the control/rest points.

FINANCES:
The march is financed from the funds of the march participants and march sponsors, voluntary activities of the march partners. March participants cover the march organisation expenses.

FINAL PROVISIONS:
1. The march rules are approved, amended, supplemented exclusively by the march organisers.
2. Official, approved march information, march information updates and amendments are published on the official website of the Pėsčiųjų žygių asociacija  www.pza.lt, on Facebook account: http://web.facebook.com/pzasociacija . The march organisers do not assume responsibility for inaccurate march information published by third parties.
